What's Included
for RVA residents only

Creating the Plan
We'll document the space and create a furniture plan or layout that meets your needs and desires.

Developing the Design
We'll decide the colors and materials, before determining what can be used from the existing space and what needs to be sourced by shopping. Online shopping happens while still at home.

RVA Shopping
Once our online shopping is complete, we'll head out to visit up to 2 RVA based showrooms to find remaining pieces and/or materials.

Wrap Up
Every selection and any drawings will be documented in a private Google Slides document to be shared with you. Within this doc, we'll include a link to a project implementation guide, including a list of all of our favorite RVA contractors and service providers, who will help bring your design to life.
It works best for one room
The Designed in a Half-Day service is highly efficient and focused on delivering comprehensive design decisions within the allotted time. For a single room (excluding kitchens or renovation projects), we typically create a plan for all major elements and finalize their design plan during the session. Some design decisions may remain unresolved, but you are welcome to schedule a follow-up Designed in a Half-Day service, or book a Remote Design Session to complete the process.
