I bought my unfinished teak dining table years ago (2010 to be exact) and 12 years later this thing is still looking great! I credit it looking so good to the fact that teak is a tropical hardwood that is full of oil, which makes it harder to penetrate and ruin. Because it is unfinished, I can “erase” marker and scratches.
